LOCATING QUALITY TENANTS: I specialize in quickly and efficiently renting Single Family Homes or unique living spaces. I assume responsibility for all showings, phone calls, advertizing, signage, application process and screening, full credit and unlawful detainer information, negotiating and preparing contracts and disclosures, obtaining final signatures and handing you the full Security Deposits and First Month's rent. The final approval of tenant is yours. On average, it takes me between 1-3 weeks to fill a SFR vacancy. And, I guarantee my services - if the tenant does not complete their contract with you - I will fill the vacancy again for free! That's it!MANAGING YOUR TENANTS: You may also hire me to manage your property for a flat fee per household. I assume responsibility for collecting rents, receiving all phone calls, hiring and supervising any tradesmen, resolving problems, fast response to any emergency situation - it's always plumbing, periodically driving by the subject property to verify condition, negotiate any concerns between you and tenant and always treating your tenant with care and respect. A happy tenant is a happy owner! References upon request.
