What areas do I work in?[http://www.ca-rets.com/map.php]
FHA has recently announced, several dramatic changes that will impact how lenders may implement this type of financing, including new appraisal restrictions. How can you best protect yourself in this rapidly changing financial climate? It's my job to know. Do you, as a consumer, need professional assistance when purchasing or selling real estate? That's your decision. Even Google has a button called feeling lucky. As a Realtor with over 30 years of local sales under my belt, I don't know everything. I've learned to investigate the things that I don't know, confirm the things that I do know and to consult with those with special knowledge and more experience. The days of "business as usual" are gone. We're all on a whole new playing field. I must adapt to the ways things really are and constantly work on shedding the "old" ideas. What makes me good at my job? I have to work! That's right; I am the American dream; self supporting, paying my bills, sometimes I eat organic food and often good for a laugh. The real estate business can be pretty funny. Have you ever seen a faux leopard wall-to-wall carpet? Well I have!
SELLERS

Los Angeles is a big town. Our Buyers come from around the corner, the world and the country. Our Sellers relocate everywhere, even Pomona (but they never come back.) Just like you, I frequent many neighborhoods and don't live in terror of driving 10 miles down a freeway. I'll probably go where you want to buy or sell; I personally invite you to call me now.
FINANCING TODAYThere are so many changes happening on the real estate financing homefront. Washington has opened a tsunami of stimulus programs, Lenders are scrambling to implement them, new rules, relaxing this, tightening that, now you may even buy a home using FHA's Reverse Mortgages! None of us are expert today because it's new, new, new.HOME OWNERSHIP TODAY - Two years ago, 14% of Californians had the financial ability to purchase a home. Today, that figure is 67%! (CA Association of Realtors) I believe that every American deserves to own their own home. It gives us a vested interest in our communities, a full stake in our economy, security for our diverse families, and culminates in a financial nestegg for our later years. What are you waiting for? I'd be glad to sit down with you and discuss what may be possible for you in this golden time of opportunity for Southern Californians. INVESTMENT PROPERTY If you are interested in investing in income property this year, with-in the city boundaries, this is the most recent information regarding local law for 2010. I do hope that we may meet someday soon, and I'll have the chance to hand you the keys to your next home! And thank you, for stopping by.
